These are low reisistance cartomizers.  What is low resistance?  Low resistance cartomizers have a thinner heating coil which allows it to get hotter then standard cartomizers.  This creates a warmer vapour, a bigger throat hit, and more vapour production then the standard cartomizers.  The downfall is they will not last as long as the standard cartomizers and will therefore wear out a big quicker. 

Cartomizers are an alternate way to use your electronic cigarette.  They essentially turn your 3 piece e-cigarette into a two piece, by relpacing the cartridge an the atomizer with a single cartomizer.  Instead of filling your cartridge, you fill the cartomizer, which has a heating coil (just like an atomizer) and poly filler (just like a cartridge) buit in. 

Cartomizers are disposable, and generally can be refilled several times before they wear out.  They do not last as long as atomizers.
