CANADAVAPES.COM SHIPPING POLICY:
All products are shipped by Canada Post from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $9.99 to anywhere in Canada.
Delivery rates vary based on location. Here is the breakdown of estimated delivery times:
- Ontario: 1-2 business days
- Quebec: 1-2 Business days
- Saskatchewan: 2-5 business days
- Alberta: 2-5 business days
- Manitoba: 2-5 business days
- British Columbia: 2-6 business days
- Yukon: 3-7 business days
- Northwest Territories: 3-14 business days
- New Brunswick: 2-5 business days
- Prince Edward Island: 2-5 business days
- Nova Scotia: 2-5 business days
- Newfoundland: 2-6 business days
- Nunavut: Up to 14 business days
Once you have placed your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive confirmation your order is ready to ship from Canada Vapes. You will also receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number, and other shipping information. There will be a link in the email from Canada Post which will allow you to track your shipment to your door. I visit the post office a minimum of once per day, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday.

For your discretion, I ship all products as follows: No signature required, No leave at door. If you would like any alternate shipping options, please send me the details in comments area.
All orders are sealed in a bubble wrapped envelopes. All e-liquid is individually sealed in zip lock bags. All batteries, atomizers, etc. are further bubble wrapped or individually boxed. All orders come with a physical copy of your order. Starter kits also come with an information booklet.
When possible, Xpresspost is my standard delivery method. This is the fastest shipping method available in Canada after next-day shipping. There are two reasons why I would not use Xpresspost:
- When the delivery time of Xpresspost is the same as expedited parcel service.
- When the cost of Xpresspost exceeds $15 -
There is a maximum $100 liability coverage on all shipments. If you would like additional insurance, please indicate this in the comments area when placing your order, and I will contact you with the new shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact me. It is the shipper’s responsibility to contact Canada Post to begin the process of tracing and/or making an insurance claim on an item. This process can take 14-30 business days to complete.
Warranty Information
I want you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase with CanadaVapes.com. Most of our products are covered by an unconditional 30 day warranty. This warranty will not begin until the order has been validated as recevied by Canada Post.
Here are the exceptions to the 30 day warranty:
Atomizers/Cartomizers/Clearomizers:
Atomizers are by nature disposible. We offer a guarantee against DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty. Please check your atomizers and if there are any isseus contact us witin 48 hours of delivery for return/repair. This policy covers: 510 atomizers, 510 cartomizers, 510-E clearomizers, CE4 clearomizers, F16 clearomziers, F16 replacement cartomizers, EGO-T atomizers, EGO-C atomizers.
E-Liquid:
For sanitary reasons, there is no warranty on e-liquid. All sales are final on e-liquid.
Cartridges & Drip Tips:
For sanitary reasons, there is no warranty on cartridges , drip tips..
If you experience any issues with any products you purchase from CanadaVapes, simply fill out the return form, to send the details of the return If I am unable to help you solve the issue, I will provide you with a mailing address for returns. Once the product has been determined faulty, a new product will be shipped to the same address as used for the original shipment.
